QYZPU leads in graduate employment among national universities

  Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University was recognised as the leader in graduate employment among national universities. According to the independent assessment of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", the women's university scored 89.23 per cent in the survey. 

  "As for national universities, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University is in the lead with a total score of 89.23 per cent," the ministry wrote in an official statement.

  Kazakhstan universities were assessed in 2023 according to 19 criteria, among which the employment of graduates is considered the most important indicator of the demand for a profession in the labour market and the quality of education.

  Educational programmes also took leading positions in the rating: "6B01702 - Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction", "6B01511 - Geography-History" and "6B03102 - Psychology" took the first places in terms of content.

  Also in the top 3 were 7 educational programmes, in the top 5 - 14, in the top 10 - 24 educational programmes of women's university.

  Recall, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" for the sixth year conducts an independent assessment of educational programmes of Kazakhstani educational institutions of higher and postgraduate education.
