Three outstanding teachers of the Kazakh national women's teacher training university deservedly won the title of "Best teachers of the university - 2023". Anar Kaliyeva, PhD, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Biology, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Gibadat Orynkhanova, PhD, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature, and Bibigul Sultanova, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh Literature won the prestigious competition held annually in the country.
Rector Gulmira Qanay congratulated the winners of the title "Best teachers of the university - 2023" on their well-deserved victory in the competition. She expressed confidence in their further successes and the importance of their role in the formation of high standards of education at the university.
Each of the winners of this well-deserved title will be rewarded with a prize of 2000 MRP. This further emphasises the high status and importance of this competition in supporting and encouraging talented teachers in higher education. In addition to the monetary award, the winners will also be honoured with a badge symbolising their outstanding achievements in the field of education.
The selection of the best university teachers was carried out by a republican competition committee, which included representatives of non-profit organisations, associations of universities and experts in the field of education. The experts had a difficult and responsible task - to choose the most deserving and worthy of this high award out of many talented teachers.
A total of 150 teachers from 43 Kazakhstan universities were awarded the title of "Best university teacher" this year. This shows the high level of competition and the quality of Kazakhstan teachers working in various fields of knowledge. It should be noted that the purpose of this competition is not only to encourage honoured teachers, but also to raise the prestige of the teaching profession as a whole. Annual holding of the competition helps to stimulate teachers to further professional development and creates a favourable educational environment for students.
The competition was held under strict control of the national information system of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which ensured full transparency and objectivity of all stages of evaluation. The participants could monitor the results and evaluations in real time, which emphasised the fairness and transparency of the process of selecting the best university teachers in 2023.
