      The Republican magazine "Sport zhuldyzdary" for patriotic and civil activity in the field of physical culture and sport awarded a medal to Aliya Yeselbaeva, leader of the educational program of the Department of Physical Culture and Sport, candidate of pedagogical sciences of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University.

      For 20 years of work at the Women's University under her leadership have been trained many famous athletes, such as Karina Goricheva, bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in weightlifting in Rio de Janeiro, Ayan Tursyn, Master of Sports International Class, silver medalist of the World Championship in hand-to-hand combat in Abu Dhabi and UAE, champion of Asia MMA 2019. Bishkek, silver medalist of the 2019 Abu Dhabi World MMA Championship, UAE, Maria Grigorova, Master of Sport, Asian Alpine Skiing Champion, Gulnur Ybrai, bronze medalist of the 2021 World Weightlifting Championship, Aisha Rakisheva, master of sports in cross-country skiing.

                                                       

      Awarding Aliya Yeselbaeva with the medal for patriotic and civic activity in the field of physical culture and sports is a well-deserved recognition of her work and dedication to the goals of sports development in Kazakhstan. Her contribution to the training of outstanding athletes leaves a trace not only in the history of the university, but also in the hearts of those whom she educated and inspired to great achievements in the world of sport.
