  Congratulations of Rector Dr Gulmira Qanay on the Day of the Republic

  Dear colleagues! Dear students! With all my heart I congratulate you on the Republic Day! Republic Day is a bright holiday called to elevate the spirit of the people, strengthen the statehood, consolidate our unity and solidarity.

  As it is known, on October 25, 1990 the Declaration of Sovereignty of Kazakhstan was adopted. This document played a crucial and even decisive role on the way to Kazakhstan's independence. Therefore, this day has historical significance, as this day opened the way to our sacred Independence.

  After the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev to return the status of a national holiday to Republic Day, this day is celebrated as a Day of Remembrance to our heroes who made a great contribution to gaining independence.

  Dear colleagues!

  Only through unity and agreement we can reach great heights. Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University should become an example in this for all educational institutions of the country. Because we are educators who educate the nation! Unity, patriotism should come from us!

  We will always sacredly honor Independence and strengthen our statehood. As our President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev said, we have one Motherland, one state, one people! Let the sovereignty of our country grow stronger!

  Once again I congratulate you all on the Day of the Republic! I wish you all good health and prosperity!
