More than a thousand students of the 4th year of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University will start teaching in educational organizations of Almaty city and Almaty region. Pedagogical practice will start November 27. Teachers together with the university's professional development center have organized a special course to prepare for the pedagogical practice.

The preparatory course will be held for two weeks. Afterwards, they will be awarded special certificates. According to Kamesh Khamzina, head of the professional development center, the course is aimed at ensuring that future teachers develop skills in working with children and are prepared psychologically for different situations.

Young teachers will teach in more than one hundred educational organizations, in particular in kindergartens, secondary schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, colleges and SOS schools, for up to 6 weeks. The students will also be assigned to research institutes, district culture houses and schoolchildren.

During the course, the students have already met with the head of the Center for Innovative Creativity of Schoolchildren Nurgali Turumbetov. A meeting with Ayatzhan Akhmetzhan, Director of QazBilim portal, is ahead of them.

"I had an hour and a half of detailed discussion with future teacher educators and answered their questions. I realized that from the school side, there is a need for such meetings. If the head of the school, educational deputies, teachers would visit universities and answer the questions of graduates, share their experience, it would be much easier for future teachers to adapt to school,"Nurgali Asanuly  wrote on his Instagram page about the meeting.

The course will end on October 20. After they will be awarded special certificates.

It should be noted that the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University is ready to send 1 201 students to educational organizations next year, of them philologists - 390, physicists, mathematicians - 123, on physical culture, sports, special pedagogy and psychology - 259, biologists, chemists - 259, on social-humanities 170.
