Rector of QYZPU took part in the Republican Congress of teachers

  Today the chairman of the board - rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Kanai took part in the Republican Congress of teachers. It should be noted that the last congress of teachers in the country was held in 2005.

  At the Congress with a welcoming speech was made by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev, noting that the development of the state is directly related to teachers. The President congratulated the participants of the Congress on Teachers' Day, emphasizing that the teaching community continues to work tirelessly for the bright future of our country.

  - The statement of the teacher of the nation Ahmet Baitursynov sounds more relevant than ever: "The improvement of the life of the people should begin with the education of children". Education and science are the main key to success. Our most important task is to educate and train the younger generation to advanced standards. That is why the community of teachers, i.e. you, is entrusted with the highest responsibility," the head of state said.

                                                                       

  According to the head of state, pedagogy has become one of the most important branches of science. Therefore, fundamentally new approaches are needed in this sphere. In this context, the President touched upon a number of issues related to education.

  First, Kasym-Jomart Tokayev noted the need to improve the qualifications of teachers. According to him, today teachers do not just teach educational material, but also promote the development of social skills and emotional intelligence in children. The high calling of a teacher requires constant professional development, empathy and readiness for change.

  The second important task, according to the head of state, is for children to receive modern advanced education.

  In conclusion, the Head of State awarded the honorary title "Қазақстанның еңбек сіңірген ұстазы" to a number of teachers for their outstanding achievements in the field of education and significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan.
