The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, following the results of the work of 2022, awarded two scientists of our university who showed the best results this year with the badge "For Merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for special merits in the field of science.
We know that science plays an important role in many areas of human life. The level of development of science is the main indicators of the development of society. And scientists who serve on the path of the development of this science, make a lot of work for this. There are many qualified and talented scientists and professors at our university. Highly appreciating their effective work, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued them special badges and letters of honor.
In particular, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Mataev Mukhametkali Musagalievich is the author of a large number of textbooks, monographs and hundreds of scientific articles. Scientific articles have been published in world scientific databases. We note that on the basis of Scopus h-index-5, and on the basis of Web of science h-index-3. He is also the author of several patents for inventions and ideas of scientific projects. Mukhametkali Musagalievich graduated from Karaganda State University in 1985 with a degree in chemistry and worked in this field for 37 years. He was the responsible head of scientific projects of the Science Committee, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His field of research:
- Synthesis and physico-chemical research of a new generation of multifunctional magnetic materials;
- Development and physical foundations of new crystal systems of the multiferroic class.

The owner of the second badge is Baltabayeva Gauhar Sayadlovna - literary critic, Doctor of Philology. Winner of the state grant "The Best University teacher of 2013", academician of the Kazakh National Academy of Customs, Traditions and Customs and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Awarded the badge Y.Altynsarin.
In 1999 she defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Modern Kazakh short story (1980-1990)", in 2010 she defended her doctoral thesis on the topic "Kazakh prose of the period of independence (novellas and novellas)".
Social analysis in the prose works of Gauhar Sayadilovna, considering new artistic expressions and moonshine in the modern Kazakh novella and novella: social symbolism, Islamic saryn, kokbor, tree totem, for the first time considering the artistic anthropological aspect in modern Kazakh prose, manifestations of fantastic anthropology, modern moonshine (ornamental) Kazakh prose, virtual and mystical, metaphorical, grotesque in scientific terms.
She is the author of about 500 research papers, including 3 monographs, 5 textbooks, 8 textbooks and 3 copyrighted objects. About thirty articles have been published in foreign publications, including three on the basis of Scopus.
In 1999-2002, she was an active author of the research work of the fundamental scientific program of the M. O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art and the project work "Kazakh literature of the 60-90s of the twentieth century in the context of the development of world literature" in 2003-2005.
Author of the chapters "Saken Zhunusov", "Kalikhan Iskakov" in 9 volumes of "History of Kazakh literature" in 10 volumes of the state program "Cultural Heritage". Scientific and technical OR11465467 "formation of new humanitarian knowledge and conducting innovative research in the conditions of modernization of public consciousness in the field of literary and art criticism " within the framework of program-targeted funding carried out in 2020-2022 by the Auezov M.
