Kazakh national women’s teacher training university celebrated the Independence Day

  Kazakh national women’s teacher training university hold a concert program dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the topic "Raise the flag of Independence".

  The festive event began with the National Anthem and opened with the "Shashu" (Kazakh’s old tradition) and by the dance of "Tomiris" group.

  The first speech was taken by the Chairman of the Board of the University - Rector Gulmira Kanay, who emphasized the importance of the special day and congratulated the teaching staff, employees, and students on the  Independence Day.

  - I congratulate you on the Independence Day, one of the special holidays in the history of our country, in the formation of our country as a whole! Independence did not come easily to us. Although we are a country with a deep history, we had to fight for independence, for freedom. Independence cannot be inherited. We must always fight, keep, save for independence. Our mission is to promote peace, be it in the field of education, in our families, or in our society. Keeping our independence as the apple of our eye. May the independence and peace of our country last forever! I wish you all great happiness, unity, success and success in your work! - noted Chairman of the Board of the University - Rector of the University.

  In addition, a number of professors and employees were awarded by the Chairman of the Board with a "Letter of Appreciation" for their great contribution to the development of the educational institution and their active activities.

  As usual, the celebration continued with patriotic songs performed by the "Ular" Ethno-Folk Ensemble, the "Tomiris" dance group, and teachers of the Department of Art Management, made up of students and teachers of our university, and gave the audience an upbeat mood.
