On October 11, the first meeting of the Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Dr Gulmira Qanay Amirkhankyzy with the Consul General of Turkey in Almaty Ali Riza Akinci took place.

In the meeting there were discussed interaction and organization of academic mobility with higher educational institutions of Turkey, the possibility of opening of a branch of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University in universities of Turkey, the involvement of teaching staff and contribution to the university's book fund.

Also, within the framework of Non-formal Education Center at Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University together with the Consulate General of Turkey, it is planned to expand the functions of the center for Turkish language and culture, where fine art lessons, ebru, manufacture and decoration of ceramic products, a reading club, etc. will be held.

As a result of active interaction and holding of events, it is expected to expand opportunities for Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University students
