As part of the Week of Science, the rector of QyzPU held a workshop

ALMATY. APRIL 19. PRESS CENTER – The Chair of the Managing Board - Rector of the Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Qanay held a lecture for students, doctoral students, undergraduates, and faculty on "Social Impact Research: Features of Action Research".

PhD Gulmira Qanay, emphasized the importance and effectiveness of action research, stating that "action research is a type of research conducted by a researcher to contribute to self, organization, system, and society through the study of their activities, their own experiences."

She also presented the development of her research "Developing Educational Leadership in Kazakhstan" as an example of research work in critical-participatory research. In addition, she shared her own experiences.

As a result of research in schools in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Taraz, and Kokshetau, a special program was implemented which affects the increase of teachers' leadership in these schools.

The informative lecture was a great opportunity to get answers to the questions of the listeners who are preparing their PhD and doctoral dissertations on this topic, to exchange ideas, and to communicate.

We inform you that a series of interesting lectures on new topics with professors and candidates of science from domestic and foreign universities will continue within the framework of the "Week of Science" until April 22!
