ALMATY. July 16. Press-Center – NJSC «Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University» announces a competition to fill the vacant positions:
1. The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
2. Compliance Officer
1. General qualification requirements for the position of the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO):
1. Higher education in specialized fields – law, finance, economics, or another related field;
2. Work experience in the field of anti-corruption activities or the field of compliance is at least 3 years.
Official duties:
- Conducting constant monitoring on the issues of combating corruption and fraud in the Company;
- Ensuring compliance of the Company's activities with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the requirements of local regulations;
- Conducting a legal examination of documents drawn up by the Company, contracts concluded, and actions of employees to identify conflicts of interest and compliance with the company's anti-corruption policy;
- Reviewing incoming claims on the fact of corruption, conducting investigations on each violation;
- Interaction with state bodies and with the anti-corruption service;
- Work organization of working groups/commissions on investigations (with the possible involvement of representatives of the following areas: internal audit, risks, and internal control, legal support, security, human resource management);
- Coordination of the investigation process until it is fully completed and corrective measures are taken;
- Conducting an assessment of the actions of counterparties for compliance with the company's anti-corruption policy.
General qualification requirements for the position of a compliance officer:
- Higher education in specialized fields – law, finance, economics, or another related field;
- Work experience in the field of anti-corruption activities or the field of compliance is at least 2 years.
Official duties:
- Conducts negotiations with employees and students who have violated the Company's anti-corruption policy, and settles disputes;
- Considers incoming claims on the fact of corruption, investigates each violation;
- Advises the heads of the Company's structural divisions on the compliance of the activities of their divisions and the documentation developed by them with the current legislation, including legislation in the field of combating corruption;
- Forms working groups/commissions on investigations (with the possible involvement of representatives of the following areas: internal audit, risks, and internal control, legal support, security, human resource management);
- Conducts investigations until they are fully completed and corrective measures are taken;
- Observes confidentiality, non-disclosure of information, and information that is commercial or other secrets.
- Evaluates the actions of counterparties for compliance with the company's anti-corruption policy.
Terms of the contest:
The participant of the competition provides the following documents:
1. CV (indicating the full date of admission and dismissal, as well as the article of termination of the employment contract under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
2. A copy of the identity card;
3. A copy of the educational documents;
4. Certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a criminal offense;
5. Certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime;
Documents are accepted within two weeks, from the date of publication of the vacancy.
