Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University has re-entered the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings

  ALMATY, KAZAKHSTAN – June 19, 2025 – Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University (KNWTTU) has retained its position in the prestigious global Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025 (https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/kazakh-national-womens-teacher-training-university).  This success testifies the high level of educational programs and scientific research carried out at the university, as well as its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

  THE Impact Ranking is a global ranking of higher education institutions in the world that evaluates universities across all 17 SDGs, allowing an assessment of the university's overall contribution to sustainable development.  KNWTTU has been included to the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings for the third year in a row. This year, we have maintained our position amid intense competition: in 2024, there were 1,963 participating universities, and in 2025 - 2,526. The University is actively and purposefully working to achieve all 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which has become an important factor for inclusion in the ranking.

  KNWTTU conducts active research activities aimed at solving urgent problems of education and sustainable development.
