    • Announces a competition for the vacant position of the member of the Management Board – Vice Rector for Strategic Development and Social Work.

      The Board of Directors of the Non–profit Joint Stock Company Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, 050000, Almaty, 114 Gogol St., announces a competition for the vacant position of the member of the Management Board – Vice Rector for Strategic Development and Social Work.

      The main subject of the activity is the analysis of the problems of the educational process, the results of social work, the state and future opportunities of Society in strategic development.

      The purpose of the activity is to carry out long-term planning of priority tasks in state policy – the education of highly moral people with a sense of civic responsibility, the development of student self-government and patriotic education of young people, including the development of student associations, volunteers and student groups.

      Requirements for the contest participants: higher (or postgraduate) education, academic degree, work experience in senior positions in educational organizations for at least 5 years;

      Welcome:

      - taking advanced training courses in leadership and management in higher education;

      - work experience in filling out data for participation in international and local university rankings.

      - experience in drawing up a strategic University Development Plan (Form No. 4);

      - experience in educational and social work with university students;

      - the presence of articles from the last 4 (four) years in international peer-reviewed scientific journals that are in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th quartiles according to the Journal Citation Reports Web of Science or have a Cite Score of at least 25 in the relevant scientific field in the Scopus database. Journals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection (Arts and Humanities Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, Social Sciences Citation Index) of Clarivate Analytics and JSTOR are also taken into account in the areas of social sciences and humanities. As well as the availability of publications in scientific journals included in the List of scientific publications recommended for publishing the main results of scientific activity approved by the KKSON of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

      - experience in supervising and supporting work on key performance indicators of the university in accordance with the Development Plan;

      A person cannot participate in the competition:

      1) under the age of twenty-five;

      2) previously committed a corruption offense;

      3) having an outstanding or outstanding criminal record;

      4) registered in special medical institutions;

      5) other cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      The person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents in electronic and paper media (in Kazakh, English and Russian):

      1) an application in the prescribed form according to Appendix 1;

      2) a copy of the participant's identity document;

      3) the track record of the contestant with a 3x4 color photo in the prescribed form according to Appendix 2;

      4) copies of educational documents and their appendices with the presentation of the originals for verification:

      - copies of educational documents obtained by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational institutions are accompanied by copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of these educational documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education, with the exception of educational documents issued by foreign higher education institutions, research centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan – holders of the Bolashak international scholarship, as well as those subject to an international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;

      - copies of educational documents issued to holders of the Bolashak International Scholarship are accompanied by a copy of the certificate of completion of studies under the Bolashak International Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued by the Center for International Programs Joint Stock Company;

      - copies of educational documents subject to an international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence are accompanied by copies of certificates of recognition of these educational documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education.;

      5) a copy of the document confirming the work activity, certified by the personnel service at the place (current or last) of work;

      6) medical certificate of health status (medical professional advisory opinion) in form No. 075/u;

      7) a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;

      8) a certificate from a drug treatment organization issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents in accordance with the legislation on public services;

      9) a document confirming the absence of a ban on holding office in accordance with criminal law.

      Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

      The date and venue of the contest will be announced additionally.
