SHAKHMARDAN YESSENOV SCHOLARSHIP 2025

  Dear students!

  Shakhmardan Yessenov Foundation announces a competition for the provision of 20 monthly studentscholarships 70,000 tenge each.

  Program participants: students, citizens of Kazakhstan over 18, studying at universities of Kazakhstan in 2-3 years of studying of a bachelor’s degree programme, aswell as 2-5 year undergraduate courses for medicalschools, in natural science, technical, medical and IT specialties.

  Number of scholarships: 20

  To participate in the competition, it is necessary to fillout an online application on the official website of theFoundation – yessenovfoundation.org

  Required documents for application submission:

  1. ID scan; 2.Essay titled “Is it easy to become a professional in the modern world? What hinders andwhat contributes to this?” (text in the editeddocument); 3. Transcript (average GPA must be at least3.0. Applications with a GPA below 3.0 will not beconsidered); 4.A certificate of no criminal record/ criminal record.

  Additional documents:

  1.Certificates/Diplomas in Science – no more than 2 certificates; 2.Social activities and volunteeringcertificates – no more than three (3) certificates; 3.Publications – no more than two (2) publications; 4.Recommendation letter from the scientificsupervisor/head of department – no more than one (1) document.

  The Foundation considers limited number ofcertificates. A candidate has to independently selectcertificates, which best reflect his/her achievements.

  Application submission period: from February 3 toMarch 4, 2025.
  Deadline for application submission: March 4, 2025, until 15:00 (GMT+5). Applications received after thespecified deadline will not be considered.
