QYZPU announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Internal Auditor

  The Board of Directors of Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University", 114 Gogol Street, Almaty, 050000, announces a competition for the vacant position of Internal Auditor.

  The main subject of the activity is to provide the necessary assistance to the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the Company in fulfilling their duties to achieve strategic goals.

  The purpose of the activity is to provide the Board of Directors and the Committee with independent and objective information designed to ensure effective management of the Company, as well as to contribute to the achievement of the Company's goals by monitoring the financial and economic activities of the Company, providing assessments and recommendations on improving the Company's internal control, risk management and corporate governance systems in accordance with the authority, as determined by the Board of Directors and the Regulations.

  Requirements to contest participants:

  • higher professional (financial and economic) education;
  • experience as an auditor and/or in the field of accounting and/or finance for at least five years, including at least 3 years in quasi-public sector entities and (or) licensed financial organizations, or in state regulatory or supervisory authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on auditing, accounting and taxation;
  • knowledge of international financial reporting standards and international professional standards of internal audit developed by The Institute of Internal Auditors (The Institute of Internal Auditorslnc), International Standards on Auditing (ISA);
  • availability of the certificate "State Auditor" issued by the National Commission for Certification of Persons applying for the qualification of a state auditor with a special degree of protection, confirming the assignment of the candidate's qualification as a state auditor of the appropriate level and/or the qualification certificate "auditor", obtained in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Auditing" and/or a certificate in the field of internal audit CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and/or a certificate of certified accountant ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants), and/or diploma DipIFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting), and/or certificate of international professional CIPA Accountant (Certified International Professional Accountant), and/or DipPIA diploma (Diploma in Professional Internal Auditor);
  • the state language at a level sufficient for effective communication, as well as English.

  A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents in electronic and printed form (in Kazakh, English and Russian languages)

  1) full name of the candidate;
  2) year of birth;
  3) education, specialty by diploma (diplomas), information on advanced training and professional retraining;
  4) information about work experience in a similar position;
  5) written application of the candidate for appointment to the position of Internal Auditor of the Company.

  Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition shall be held within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

  The date and place of the competition will be announced additionally.
