      Аnnounces a competition for the vacant position of Corporate Secretary.

      The Board of Directors of Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University", 114 Gogol Street, Almaty, 050000, announces a competition for the vacant position of Corporate Secretary.

      The main subject of activity is ensuring the preparation and conduct of meetings of the Board of Directors of the Company, ensuring the preparation of materials on issues, submitted to the Board of Directors and Sole Shareholder for consideration, and controlling over access to them.

      The purpose of activity is to ensure observance by bodies and officials of the Company of the procedures aimed to ensure rights and interests of the Sole Shareholder, as well as compliance of the Company with the Regulations in the sphere of corporate governance, Charter and other internal documents of the Company.

      Requirements to contest participants:

      • higher legal and/or economic education;
      • at least 1 (one) year work experience or a certificate in the field of corporate law or corporate governance;
      • availability of organizational and analytical abilities and skills;
      • knowledge of specifics of the Company's activity.
      • knowledge of English (level B2). 

      A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents in electronic and printed form (in Kazakh, English and Russian languages)

      1. 1) the candidate's full name, surname and patronymic;
      2. 2) year of birth;
      3. 3) education, diploma specialisation, information on advanced training and professional re-training;
      4. 4) information on work experience in the last 5 years;
      5. 5) written application of the candidate on appointment to the position of the Corporate Secretary of the Company.

      Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition shall be held within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

      The date and place of the competition will be announced additionally.
