QyzPU gives pupils the opportunity to get discounts on training

  ALMATY. May 16 . PRESS CENTER – On May 27, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University will organize the Republican Olympiad "Kreativty zhas-orken" on the subject "Music" for schoolchildren. The winning students can gain a chance to receive up to a 100% discount to study at the university.

  The organizer of the Olympiad for students in the Music Department of the QyzPU Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts. The purpose of the Olympiad is to identify a high level of cognitive, creative skills and abilities of students through professional orientation, identifying opportunities for students to choose their future profession in the updated educational program of the University.

  Applications for participation will be accepted until May 23, 2022, at 18.00.

  The Olympiad is held in the Kazakh and Russian languages at the Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts, Department of "Music", directly on the online platform ZOOM under the control of the Commission.

  In the competition, which consists of 2 stages, girls in 11th grade of each school can take part.

  In Stage 1, you will sing with your voice or play any musical instrument (dombra, piano, violin, etc.).

  In stage 2,  you will defend a research paper on the topic of Kazakh music with the help of a presentation.

  According to the results of the contest:

  • 1 schoolgirl will be awarded a 1st-degree diploma and a 100% discount for 1-year of tuition at QyzPU;
  • 2 schoolgirls will be awarded a diploma of 2-nd degree and a 50% discount for 1-year training at QyzPU;
  • 3 schoolgirls will be awarded a 3rd-degree diploma and a 30% discount for 1-year training at QyzPU.
