      ALMATY. JANUARY 26. PRESS CENTER – Hello, friends! We want to tell you good news. From September 1, 2022, on the instructions of the Head of State, the scholarships for students of Kazakhstani universities will be increased by 20%, for undergraduates and doctoral studies students – by 15%.

      – From September this year, the scholarship of our students will again increase by 20%. For example, students studying in a pedagogical direction will receive 58 thousand tenges, students studying in other directions – about 37 thousand tenges. Scholarship of undergraduates will increase to 86 987 tenges, doctoral students - up to 195 000 tenges, – reported Adlet Toybayev, director of the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the MES RK.

      Recall that earlier in September 2021 the amount of scholarships for bachelors has increased by 20%, for master’s degree and doctoral studies - by 15%. Thus, starting from September 2021 the scholarship of students will amount to 31,423 tenges, undergraduates to 76,950 tenges, and doctoral studies students to 172,500 tenges.
