      The reception of documents for participation in the competition for awarding grants to the magistracy has begun

       ALMATY. August 12. Press center – The reception of documents for participation in the competition for awarding educational grants to the master's program has started. It will be held until August 14 inclusive through virtual admissions committees of universities.

      Educational grants for master's degree programs are awarded on a competitive basis based on the results of comprehensive testing. A total of 36,965 people took part in the comprehensive testing.

      – When submitting documents, the applicant indicates one group of educational programs and three higher educational institutions. The competition for awarding an educational grant to the master's program will be held from August 16 to 20 this year. In general, we have allocated more than 13 thousand grants for the 2021-2022 academic year for obtaining a master's degree. The largest number of grants is provided for pedagogical specialties-3642, – said Adlet Toibayev, Director of the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      It should be recalled that educational grants are distributed on the basis of data from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and employers according to personnel needs.

      The lists of holders of an educational grant for a master's degree will be published on the website of the National Testing Center.
