      Vaccination against COVID-19 is an important step

       ALMATY. August 5. Press center – Information about the explanatory and organizational work on vaccination of teaching staff, employees and students of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University.

      In order to increase the immunity of citizens against the coronavirus infection COVID-19, Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University conducts systematic work.

      • The University has a vaccination office, in which, together with the polyclinic of the Almaty city vaccination of employees, teachers and students is organized on a voluntary basis.

      • As at 05.08.2021, 51% of teachers and staff, 16% of students have been vaccinated.

       

      In order to inform teaching staff and students about the need for immunization from COVID-19, the University conducts the following organizational and explanatory work:

      • Women's University has activated the «Ashyq» application;

      • A vaccination plan and a media plan for information support on vaccination of teaching staff, students, university staff against COVID-19 have been developed;

      • Curatorial hours, briefings and seminars about the immunization have been organized for students with the participation of epidemiologists;

      • The relevant information is posted on university website;

      • Women's University, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus and carry out vaccination, will raffle a special ticket for paid English language courses among vaccinated students, professors, teachers and staff;

      • Information and explanatory work among teaching staff and students about the need for immunization from COVID-19 continues, the university monitors vaccination daily, data is provided to the akimat of Almaty.
