Rector of the University met with graduates of this year

  TURKESTAN. June 18. Press center – As part of his visit to Turkestan, the Chairman of the Board – the rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University of Gulmira Qanay held a meeting with graduates and students of schools in the region

  At the meeting, held in secondary school №2 named after Hamza in Turkestan, the head of Women's University spoke in detail about the establishment and answered questions to the public.

  – Women's University is the only university in the world dedicated only to women. For more than 75 years, the University has trained more than 60,000 educators. The leading institution for training qualified specialists now employs more than 300 experienced academic teachers who train qualified teachers at bachelor, master and doctoral levels, – said Gulmira Amirkhanovna.

  She also noted the main reasons for choosing a Women’s University.

  – Currently, at the university, more than six thousand students, 50 bachelor', 27 master's and 14 doctoral studies are studying. The content of educational programs at each level is updated annually in accordance with the requests of employers. The university works closely with the Mississippi Valley State University, as well as with the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland) under the Double Diploma Program. An educational institution has research centers and laboratories of various focus equipped with the necessary equipment. Students studying on a grant on pedagogical educational programs receive a scholarship of 42 500 tenge. In addition, students studying on a grant only at our university, three-time food is credited in cash on the student's personal account, – said the head of the university.

  It should be noted that all students enrolled in the first year will be fully provided with dormitory. In addition, 94% of the university's graduates are employed in educational programs.

  At the end of the meeting, the school leaders expressed their gratitude to the Rector of Women’s University.
