The winners of the scientific competition are determined

  ALMATY. June 3. Press center – At Women's University, the Republican contest of research works of university students on specialty «Geography» has ended and the winners have been determined.

  A total of 20 research projects were submitted to the traditional competition, organized to increase the intellectual potential of students, to inculcate in them the skills to engage in research work.

  The research project of K. Tashamenov, a student of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, «Implementation of elements of the concept» Smart-village» in the Aktobe region» was recognized as the best by the decision of specially created experts.

  The second place was taken by the project of the student of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University B. Dautali «Innovative technologies of corn cultivation in the southern foothill plains of Zhetysu Alatau» and the project of I. Berik of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay «Еcological and geographical foundations of innovative development of the city of Almaty».

  The third place was taken by the projects of students of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov on «The place of high Paleogene fossil fauna of the Maitobe river valley in the study of the evolutionary development of nature of Zhetysu region in the Cenozoic era», «Development of research skills in distance learning system» of the student of A. Baitursynov Kostanai Regional University and "problems of transboundary rivers" of the student of M. Utemissov West-Kazakhstan University A. Galiullina.
