   ALMATY. May 19. Press center – Saira Jienbaeva is a doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor.

  She has published about 300 scientific works. These include monographs, textbooks and fundamental research.

   

  Scientific works

  Saira Nagashibaykyzy defended her thesis on "Scientific and pedagogical foundations of employment of preschool children" in 2002 in the specialty "Theory and Methodology of preschool education", in 2010 she defended her doctoral thesis on "Scientific basis of labor practice of junior students.” The scientist was awarded the title of Associate Professor on June 25, 2010, Professor on December 13, 2010.

  As a result of research of candidate of science Saira Jienbaeva were defined theoretical foundations of employment of preschool children, proposed model, criteria and indicators, levels in the block of motivational, cognitive and activity components, and also the methodology of employment of preschool children was developed. In addition, in addition to the program "Balbobek", the program "Employment" proved its effectiveness in practice. Based on the results of the study, the methodological manual "Involvement of preschool children in labor" and the methodological complex "Manual labor" were published.

  In addition, the doctoral dissertation of a scientist-teacher provides a solution to the urgent problem of the continuity of labor education in elementary school today. Determination of the theoretical and methodological basis of the investigated problem in the dissertation, formulation, model and practical significance of its implementation allow to clarify the relevance of the raised problem. The definition of the theoretical and methodological basis of the problem under study in the dissertation, the formulation, the model and the practical relevance of its implementation allow us to clarify the relevance of the problem raised. The doctoral dissertation, developing as a continuation of this problem, analyzed the philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical literature on the concepts work "subject", "experience", argued the opinions of famous scientists, formulating the scientific novelty with her vision. The scientist offers the theory, scientific concept and methodology of formation of experience of children of preschool and primary school age as subjects of labor activity.

  Saira Jienbaeva is the author of about 300 scientific works.   Saira Jienbaeva is the author of the teaching complex "Technology", the subject "Self-knowledge" and several textbooks for students in grades 1 and 2. She is also the author of the standard and several model programs of specialty "Preschool education and upbringing", the standard and model programs for bachelors and masters, doctoral specialty "Preschool education and upbringing" and the educational-methodical complex "manual labor" for pre-school groups. S. Nagashybaykyzy is a member of the Republican Council for textbooks and teaching materials complex of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2010 under the aegis of the scientist was drawn up an applied project "preparation of scientifically-methodical base of development of preschool education in the conditions of transition to 12-year education". S. Jienbaeva takes part in international conferences in Russia, Singapore, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, regularly consults with foreign colleagues on the development of the industry.

  Under her guidance, Asima Ryskulbekova defended her PhD thesis on "the formation of communicative competence of junior high school students" and the research work of master's students on the problems of pre-school education. Since 2015, she has been a member of the PhD Doctoral Council at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, specializing in "Pre-school education and upbringing", "Pedagogy and Methodology of elementary school".

   

  Biography

  Saira Jienbaeva was born on November 27, 1962 in Shalkar district of Aktobe region. In 1983, she graduated with honors from Aktobe Pedagogical College, specialty "Pre-school education". In 1987, she graduated from the Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training Institute majoring in "Pedagogy and Psychology (preschool education). In 2007, she graduated from the doctoral degree in "Pedagogy".

  Her work experience began as a kindergarten teacher in kindergarten №320 in Almaty. Almaty. In 1990-1992, she worked as a teacher of pedagogical classes in school number 46 of Almaty railroad, in 1992-2004 as a senior lecturer of the department of preschool pedagogy of the Kazakh State Women Teacher Training Institute, in 2010-2012 as a head of the department of preschool and primary education. From 2012 to 2020, she worked as a dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology.

  The merits of the scientist, who made a significant contribution to the formation of the domestic school of personnel, did not go unnoticed.

  She was awarded the badge "For merits in development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the title "The best teacher of the university", the anniversary medal "Badge of Honor" for his contribution to the development of the Kazakh State Women’s Teacher Training University and the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his achievements in the spiritual and social development of independent Kazakhstan and contribution to the field of education.
