- Education document (certificate / diploma) with attachment (original);
- Certificate of UNT / CT (original);
- 6 pieces of photos of size 3x4 and electronic version on CD;
- A copy of an ID card;
- Medical certificate form 086-U with fluorography;
- The passport of health of the child (063) (for applicants to the full-time department);
- Documents entitling to benefits (original and copy, if any).
