      Became the winner of the Republican Subject Olympiad

      ALMATY. April 28. Press center – Students of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University took second place at the XIII Republican Subject Olympiad on the educational program «6B01201 – Pre-school education and upbringing».

      Professor Akgul Zhubandykova and senior lecturer Adilet Kariyev prepared for the traditional competition a group of students from the Higher School of Pedagogy and Psychology «Workshop of Educators of the Nation».

      During the Olympiad, Aynur Alikulova, Zhansaya Ashirbay, Orynkul Seitsultan and Balzhan Baltabek demonstrated their knowledge and skills and took prizes.

      Students of higher educational institutions of the country took part in the competition, which was held at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay. The purpose of the Olympics – popularization of pedagogical knowledge in the context of the updated content of preschool education, identification of professional competencies and training qualities of students, creating conditions for the disclosure of professional pedagogical and creative potential.

      The Olympiad was held in 4 stages. In particular, in the first round "New formation – teacher-educator" the team introduced themselves, and in the second round "Ring of knowledge - knowledge competition" performed test tasks. In addition, in the round "Innovative directions: a modern teacher-educator from theory to practice," participants defended their creative projects. Recently, students shared their thoughts on the theme "Teacher - the world of teacher excellence.

      According to the decision of the jury the Grand Prix was awarded to the team "Orientation for the Future", consisting of students of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay. The group «Kulzhanova followers» of Altynsarin Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute took first place; second place was shared between the teams of Kazakh National Women Teacher Training University and E. A. Buketov Karaganda University.

      Third place was taken by the students of L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov and Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov.

      The winning teams and team leaders were awarded letters of appreciation, diplomas and cash prizes.
