    • Financial Literacy Lecture Held at QyzPU

QyzPU hosted another motivational lecture for first-year students, organized by the Department of Personality Development and the Center for Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.

The lecture was delivered by Aigerim Ilyassova, a finance expert, PhD in Economics, graduate of the MSc Finance program (UK), and a professional Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of experience.

The main goal of the session was to support students’ professional and personal development by building financial literacy, enhancing their competitiveness in the labor market, and fostering social responsibility.

During the lecture, key principles of personal finance management were covered, including:

      • Effective use of government allowances
      • Daily expense planning
      • Saving and budgeting techniques
      • The importance of avoiding unnecessary debt

The knowledge gained helps young people improve their financial awareness and develop a responsible approach to their future. This initiative aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 4 – Quality Education. The lecture contributes to students’ personal and professional growth by developing practical financial thinking skills.

At the end of the session, students asked the speaker questions and received commemorative gifts from the organizers
