      The Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines at QyzPU held a round table titled “Digital Society: Key Directions in Human Capital Development.” The event aimed to discuss the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the people of Kazakhstan, with a particular focus on the importance of human capital in the era of digital transformation.

      The moderator of the meeting, Dr. Bibigul Imanbekova, Associate Professor and Doctor of Political Sciences, emphasized that the President’s Address is a strategic document defining the country’s development trajectory.

      “The main goal of the round table is to highlight the role of human capital in a digital society, identify new challenges, and discuss the requirements for high-quality human resources,”
      – noted Bibigul Imanbekova.

      The discussion featured the following speakers:

      • Malik Allaudinovich, PhD in History, Associate Professor at the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines, S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University
      • Perdekhan Shamshev, political scientist and editor of the analytical department of the newspaper Almaty Aqshamy
      • Nurbolat Ayekeshov, senior lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, QyzPU

      The round table addressed key points raised in the President’s Address, including digitalization, the development of artificial intelligence, education, and the training of qualified professionals to support Kazakhstan’s new stage of growth.
