      On April 11, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University hosted the grand opening of the events "Month of Science - 2025" dedicated to the Day of Scientists.

      At the event, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, state and public figure, Doctor of Economics Omarkhan Oksikbayev and the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the University Gulmira Qanay congratulated the scientific community on their professional holiday.

      "Scientists are people who stand at the pinnacle of innovation, progress and renewal in the world. It is scientists who open new horizons, contribute to the development of the country, and contribute to the emergence of new technologies. The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University can rightfully be called a forge of scientists. After all, in this university, representatives of various scientific fields have dedicated their lives to science. They direct their efforts to the development of science. The Board of Directors and the management of the university are also making great efforts in this area. Today, modern laboratories have been opened within the walls of the university, and great opportunities have been created for conducting scientific research. I am confident that our scientists will live up to the expectations placed on them and make a significant contribution to the development of the country," said Chairman of the Board of Directors Omarkhan Oksikbayev.

      The event featured the university's scientific achievements, students demonstrated scientific experiments and an exhibition of scientific papers. Also, the best scientists who made a significant contribution to science were awarded Certificates of Honor of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, badges for their contribution to the development of the university, a badge named after Akhmet Baitursynov, honorary diplomas "Excellent in Science", as well as Letters of Gratitude from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

      The guest of honor at the scientific event was Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor, Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumadildayev. He emphasized that the development of science is of paramount importance for the future of the country, and expressed great confidence in the initiatives of young scientists. The professor highly appreciated the students' scientific projects, especially noting their desire and interest in science.

      "Today is of great importance. I am glad to see that significant projects are being implemented within the walls of the university. I got acquainted with the students' scientific projects during the event. Their desire for science makes me happy. I hope that in the future the National Academy of Sciences and the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University will closely cooperate. Let Kazakhstan's science flourish! Happy holiday!" said Askar Zhumadildayev.

      This event became a bright manifestation of respect and gratitude to scientists who have made a great contribution to the development of science and education. The university administration expressed its readiness to continue to educate specialists who will contribute to the prosperity of the country through scientific research and new ideas.
