The Regional Conference on Gender Economics in Asia 2024 concluded with a reaffirmed commitment to advancing gender equality as a fundamental driver of economic growth and social development in the region. Delegates from various countries and sectors recognized that achieving gender equity requires comprehensive strategies that integrate gender perspectives into all levels of economic policy-making. The conference highlighted the importance of sustained efforts, innovative approaches, and collaborative partnerships to address the complex and multifaceted nature of gender disparities in Asia.
