      The QyzPU Scientific Library is undergoing major repairs

      Major repairs according to the project of the new library are carried out in several directions: the facade of the building, interior and exterior work on a new design.

      It is also planned to create computer rooms, places for individual and group work of students, places for recreation, a coworking center, a dining room, reading rooms equipped with modern technologies.

      The library was established by the order of the first director of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute Kurmangali Ospanov №4 dated September 6, 1944. Since 1945, he began working with a book collection of about 1,500 copies. During the development of the library's design project, the opinions of the university management, library staff and students were based, who strive to make each part more convenient and comfortable, linking it with the history of the library.

      QyzPU students and library users will gain knowledge in an updated and modern library.
