      – This year marks the 90th anniversary of the birth of Shamshi Kaldayakov, a veteran of the nation's art, one of the founders of today's Kazakh pop music and a unique composer, People's Artist of Kazakhstan. An international song contest will be held to honor the name of the legendary composer and revive his works.
