Debate tournaments dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the university

  The Center for youth policy hosted the traditional Republican tournament "QyzPU CUP VII" of the debate club "Union of honest real leaders", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the University.

  The tournament was attended by great players of debate games from Narxoz University, Turan University, Suleiman Demirel University, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, K.I.Satpayev Kazakh National Research Technical University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University, International Business University, Almaty University of energy and communications, Almaty Management University, Taraz.

  The purpose of the tournament is to increase the interest of young people in the social and political processes taking place in society, develop their critical thinking skills, and strengthen the participation of the younger generation in the life of a democratic society.

  The debate tournament was held according to the American parliamentary format and Lincoln Douglas, and showed an example of strong debate games that were subject to regulation with real facts, arguments.

  According to the results of the tournament:

  Students of the 3rd year of Suleiman Demirel University Amankos Islam and Sarsenbai Arsen took the 1st place and became the owners of a financial certificate in the amount of 250,000 tenge. The 2nd Place (150,000 tenge) was taken by the “Hayyrly” faction of the Suleiman Demirel University, the 3rd place (100,000 tenge) was taken by the players of the “Simone de Beauvoir” faction of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Nurzhan Ongarov and Damir Karimov. In addition, 50,000 tenge and a cup were awarded in the nomination" the best speaker". 50,000 tenge was awarded to the judges who acted fairly for these games. The nomination «The best attempt» (40 000 tenge) was awarded to students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Myrzakulov Daulet and Zhardemgalievna Zhaina. Earlier, the University hosted the city tournament “DOSTYQ CUP VIII” of the Union of wise leaders.

  In the tournament, which was remembered for its special gifts, cozy atmosphere, fair refereeing, the participating speakers played a mix with one of the speakers of the Union of intelligent real leaders. The main feature of the tournament is that the speakers of the well-known faction presented each other with memorable gifts in order to promote friendship.

  According to the results of the tournament, Myrzakulov Daulet, a student of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and Duisenbek Zhanerke, a student of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, took the 1st place (70,000 tenge), Temirlan Yessenov, a student of Narxoz University, a student of Olzhabek Akniet, the 2nd place (40,000 tenge), Regina Zhardemgalievna and Gulbanu Saparbay took the 3rd place (30,000 tenge). 20 000 tenge with the cup named after the best speaker. 20 000 tenge was awarded to the judges who acted fairly for these games, which were recognized as the best.

  These city and national tournaments were held at a very high level. For 2 days, Games were held in each room, where important pedagogical topics and world issues were discussed.
