The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University opened a dissertation council for the educational program "Foreign Languages: Two Foreign Languages". The composition of the council is strikingly diverse and includes experienced and recognized professionals. One of the brightest representatives of the council is Professor Elaine Wilson of Cambridge University. The scholar has a Hirsch Index of 12, which indicates the high significance of her research and contribution to the field of linguistics.
The Council was headed by Prof. Aigul Satbekova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences. The deputy chairman of the dissertation council was Dr. Zhanat Bisenbaeva. The duties of the scientific secretary of the council will be performed by Dr. Sandugash Tleubai. Professors Dr. Gulmira Mailybaeva and Dr. Sakypjamal Uzakbaeva became permanent members of the dissertation council. Their professionalism will ensure the effective functioning of the council.
Before this event, Kazakhstan had only two dissertation councils for this educational program, of which only one was located in Almaty. Thus, the opening of the new council at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University significantly expands the opportunities for graduate students and doctoral candidates, providing them with unique chances to develop their career and scientific growth.
