      Rector Gulmira Kanai congratulated the outstanding representative of Kazakh linguistics Rustembek Shoibekov on his 75th anniversary

      Gulmira Kanai on behalf of the staff of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University and on her own behalf congratulated the outstanding representative of Kazakh linguistics, famous scientist, ethnographer, doctor of philological sciences Rustembek Shoibekov on the 75th anniversary.

      "Your name is directly connected with today's achievements of science and culture, education. We express special respect to you! Your works are invaluable in the development of Kazakh language science", - said in the congratulatory letter of the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Kanai.
