The office of the Technopark of the University of Nigde Omer Halisdemir (Republic of Turkey) was established at the Kazakh national women's teacher training university (Republic of Kazakhstan)
On January 9, in 2023 the Kazakh national women's teacher training university hosted a meeting of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Kazakh national women's teacher training university Dr. Gulmira Kanai with a delegation of the University of Nigde Omer Khalisdemir, with Rector of the University, Professor Hassan Uslu, Director of Technopark Rifat Battaloglu, General Secretary Uzkan Abdulgani. After the signing of the historic bilateral memorandum, the rectors of the universities of the two countries discussed the prospects of cooperation between universities, including joint projects and two-diploma education.
Nigde Omer Halisdemir University is the leading public higher education institution in the Republic of Turkey.
During the official meeting, issues of further cooperation were discussed, and the grand opening of the Nigde Teknopark office hold at our university. The main purpose of opening the office is to build a bridge of cooperation for the effective use of the scientific and technical potential of the Kazakh national women's teacher training university and other universities.
World experience in the field of higher education shows that the conclusion of memorandum with world-class universities is used as one of the fastest tools for the development of universities. The main task of the technopark is to identify opportunities for the implementation of potential scientific and technical projects and ideas, as well as the formation of an environment for the transformation of knowledge and inventions into real technologies. In addition, the Technopark aims to unite scientists and business representatives to turn technologies into commercial products. In connection with the opening of the Technopark, joint organization and participation in events in the field of commercialization, scientific and technical activities are expected, and joint student startup projects with the University of Nigde Omer Halisdemir are planned.
The opening of the Technopark office will allow developing cooperation between the two universities and carrying out joint work. According to the work of schedule, the visit of foreign guests will continue until January 11.
