Lecture of the course «Management in Education»

  February 27, 2023 at the NJC «Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University» was held an open lecture of the course «Management in Education» for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students.

  Rector of the University Gulmira Kanai addressed the course participants with a welcoming speech, wishing the students successful completion of the course and creative success, noting the importance and demand for the development of leadership qualities in the modern world.

  Vice-rector for strategic development and social work Zhanar Rysbekova wishing participants productive and interesting work, noted the importance of gaining knowledge for successful work in the future as the head of the educational organization.

  The guest lecturer of the course is Botagoz Gabdullina, business trainer, personal growth coach, co-founder of @softskillqazaqstan.

  The course is aimed at forming and expanding soft skills in the theory and practice of management of educational institutions.

  As a result of the successful development of the course, students will be able to successfully realize their leadership potential, increase managerial efficiency in the context of modernizing the general and vocational education system, and will also be included in the personnel reserve of young talents of the University.
