As part of the Central Asian International Education Forum (CAIEF 2026), held in Tashkent, Beibitkul Karimova, Chair of the Board and Rector of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, met with Gül Rengin Küçükerdoğan, Rector of Türkiye’s Hasan Kalyoncu University, and signed a memorandum of bilateral cooperation.
The agreement aims to promote academic mobility, facilitate student and academic staff exchanges, implement joint research projects, and prepare scientific publications.
In addition, particular emphasis will be placed on exchanging expertise in inclusive education and special pedagogy, introducing advanced international teaching methodologies, and enhancing the competitiveness of educational programmes.
Beibitkul Karimova noted that partnering with one of Türkiye’s leading universities would strengthen the university’s international academic ties and improve the quality of training for qualified and competitive professionals.
