Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University hosted an informative meeting between faculty members and a representative of the Center for International Programs.

The goal of the gathering was to showcase international opportunities designed to foster the professional and academic development of faculty and researchers, as well as to establish an open platform for dialogue.

Kaisar Yerkinbayev, a scholar of the Bolashak International Scholarship and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Center for International Programs, attended the event.

Opening the session, Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Research and Strategic Initiatives Aktolkyn Kulsariyeva emphasized the significance of international cooperation: "Developing international cooperation and elevating the professional qualifications of our faculty is a key priority for our university. Gaining international experience and participating in academic mobility directly enhances our educational and research capacity," she stated.

It is worth noting that since 2021, under the "500 Scholars" project, over 67 university faculty members have completed internships at leading higher education institutions and research centers in the USA, Great Britain, Poland, Finland, and Turkey. Currently, 2 researchers are acquiring experience abroad, while another 2 scholars have been awarded grants and are preparing their documents.

During the meeting, Kaisar Yerkinbayev explained the requirements of international programs and the application process for scientific internships and grants. He shared his personal experience, provided insightful answers to faculty questions, and offered guidance to the researchers.

Established in 2005 by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Center for International Programs supports the development of the nation's science and education sectors through the administration of the Bolashak program, the "500 Scholars" project, intergovernmental grants, and the Study in Kazakhstan initiative.
