Organized by the Youth Policy Center of the Department of Personality Development at Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, an awareness-raising meeting was held for students to support the implementation of the "Law and Order" principle set forth by the Head of State.
The meeting was attended by Batyrkhan Aidarkhanuly Rassylkhan, Operative Officer of the Cybercrime Counteraction Division of the Almaty City Police Department and Senior Police Lieutenant; Dulat Bildebayev, Operative Officer of the Economic Investigation Department for Almaty City under the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and Bakytzhan Zholdybaiuly Saparov, Director of the Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts.
During the event, issues surrounding cybersecurity, online fraud prevention, financial literacy, and the cultivation of a legal culture were discussed. The invited experts explained information security rules and methods to guard against digital fraud through practical examples, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the students.
This event was aimed at enhancing legal literacy among young people, fostering a secure digital environment, and strengthening the rule of law in society. Additionally, the initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
