The Compliance Officer of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, Anuar Abdirakhmanuly, held a meeting with the staff of the Department of Personality Development and the Department of Academic Policy and Quality Assurance. Heads and specialists of the university's structural subdivisions attended the event.
The purpose of the meeting was to systematically analyze corruption risks within the educational institution and coordinate preventive measures. During the session, the participants reviewed issues related to increasing operational transparency, adhering to the principles of legality, and ensuring effective corporate governance.
Particular attention was focused on the importance of strengthening anti-corruption measures in light of the new legislative requirements and legal norms that entered into force on July 1 of this year.
Furthermore, the participants emphasized the significance of fostering a legal culture, values of integrity, and human rights within the institution that trains future educators, and shared their suggestions and insights.
This initiative aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 16: "Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions," aiming to reduce corruption and develop effective, accountable, and transparent institutions at all levels.
