A meeting titled "Constitution and Civic Responsibility: Legal Culture of Youth" was held at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University with Asylbek Abdraimov, an attorney from the Almaty City Bar Association.
Organized by the Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship Center of the Personal Development Department, the event aimed to explain the Basic Law to students not as dry theory, but as a practical tool applied in daily life.
During the gathering, the role of the Constitution in regulating social relations, the rights and duties of citizens, ensuring the rule of law, and improving legal literacy were comprehensively discussed. Students asked relevant questions and received clear legislative clarifications from the qualified expert.
This event served as an effective platform for strengthening the culture of respect for the law and shaping an active civic stance among youth, just ahead of July 1, 2026, when a number of significant changes encompassing the public administration system, citizens' legal guarantees, and customs regulation conditions will come into force.
