The Center for Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University hosted a motivational session for students titled "Personal Development: Mindset and the Culture of Success."
The goal of the event was to develop students' entrepreneurial thinking skills, introduce them to a culture of success leading to financial independence, and encourage the cultivation of a competitive personality in the modern market.
The keynote speaker, Gulzhan Sabykenova – a prominent entrepreneur, founder and CEO of "GMG Management," and an international ICU coach shared her professional journey and insights on achieving success.
During the session, the speaker emphasized that an individual's success is directly linked to their internal mindset and entrepreneurial thinking. The participants also engaged in detailed discussions regarding career growth strategies and the importance of utilizing online educational platforms.
