The motivational meeting titled "Life as a Unified System: Ways to Harmoniously Combine Career, Social Projects, and Sports," organized by the Center for Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship within the Department of Personality Development at QyzPU, became a true platform of opportunity for students.
The keynote speaker, Laura Salamat – Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) at NNEF, IT Architect, co-founder of the Association of IT Architects of Kazakhstan, and representative of Women in Tech Kazakhstan provided a comprehensive analysis of modern professional development mechanisms.
In her speech, she revealed the intricacies of the IT industry and emphasized key criteria for career choice and the importance of effective time management. She proposed an effective formula for not limiting life to a single direction, but rather balancing career growth with social activism and sports, which build personal discipline.
