A comprehensive meeting was held at the Mental Health Development Center as part of the project "Emotional Intelligence: The Foundation of Shaping the Future Educator's Personality." The event featured coach-psychologist Sara Musina and 3rd-year student Perizat Serikbolova as speakers.
The primary objective of the meeting was to develop the emotional intelligence of future specialists, define its role in professional pedagogical activity, and support personal growth.
During the session, participants received specific practical recommendations on maintaining emotional stability and increasing stress resilience.
In addition to psychological aspects, several strategic areas of importance for future educators were addressed:
- Rule of law and students' awareness of their rights;
- The role of young specialists in society and culture;
- Requirements of the modern educational environment.
The meeting continued in an open dialogue format, fostering an active exchange of ideas between the participants and the speakers.
