The Department of Personality Development, the Center for Girls' Leadership and Entrepreneurship organized a motivational and educational masterclass for students titled "Start, Risk, Victory: Key Factors of the Entrepreneurial Path."
The event aimed to cultivate entrepreneurial thinking, boost interest in starting a business, and enhance decision-making skills for professional and personal growth.
The guest of honor was Sholpan Abdikhalykova, a prominent entrepreneur and financier. Sharing her journey, she emphasized that iron discipline, hard work, and patience are the ultimate keys to success. She urged students to eliminate the phrase "I can't" from their mindset and not to fear responsibility. Showing a powerful example of balancing family life with managing a large-scale business, she confidently stated that reaching any height is within one's own hands.
Sholpan Abdikhalykova is the founder of the country's first major granite plant, President of the "QazGranit" plant, Chair of the Almaty branch of the "Respublica" party, and recipient of the "Adal Azamat" award.
This initiative is designed to empower young people and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
