The "Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship Center" under the Department of Personality Formation at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University organized a motivational meeting for students titled "Dream, Goal, and Motivation: How to find your path?"
The event was organized as part of the initiative to establish the University Alumni Association, aiming to strengthen ties between students and graduates and promote the exchange of professional experience.
During the meeting, mechanisms for short-term and long-term planning, as well as the psychological aspects of developing internal motivation, were thoroughly discussed.
The guest speaker, Samal Botakhanovna Nugumanova, an alumna of the university, Principal of School-Lyceum №84 named after Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Astana, and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, shared her professional journey. She emphasized the importance of setting clear goals and taking systematic actions to fully realize one’s potential.
This initiative creates favorable conditions for developing the professional skills of young specialists and enhancing their competitiveness in the labor market.
