A large-scale community cleanup was organized at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University as part of the "Taza Qazaqstan" nationwide ecological initiative. Faculty members and students, led by the Chair of the Managing Board – Rector Karimova Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna, took an active part in this environmental event.
The primary goal of the "Taza Qazaqstan – Clean University" initiative is to foster an ecological culture, enhance the civic engagement of faculty and students, and create a favorable living environment through the enhancement of the surrounding areas.
During the cleanup, the university grounds were cleared of waste, flower beds and green areas were tidied, and the surroundings of academic buildings and dormitories were beautified. Additionally, cleaning activities were carried out inside the lecture halls.
Furthermore, QyzPU students participated in cleaning a designated area at the intersection of Tole Bi and Kozhamkulov streets. The youth completely cleared the assigned territory of dry leaves and household waste, contributing to the improvement of the city's sanitary conditions.It is important to note that this initiative is aimed at implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It also seeks to increase public responsibility and compassion for nature.
