The Center for Mental Health Development of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University has launched a week-long networking project titled “Principles and Practice of Motivation,” aimed at supporting students in their preparation for the examination session. The program is designed to strengthen students’ academic motivation and help maintain emotional resilience during the exam period.
On December 9, 2025, the center’s psychologists, together with a third-year student of the Institute of Philology, Perizat Makhambetovna, held a meeting with students of Dormitory No. 7.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to key aspects that contribute to increased motivation and effective exam preparation. Students received useful information on factors shaping intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, the impact of personal attitudes on the learning process, and effective strategies for maintaining productivity during periods of stress.
The project aims to provide psychological support to students ahead of the exam session, strengthen motivation, and develop skills in effective time management and self-organization. The Center for Mental Health Development will continue to implement initiatives aimed at improving students’ psychological well-being.
