The Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University, together with the Prosecutor’s Office of Almaty, held an extended meeting within the framework of the “Law and Order” principle, aimed at enhancing students’ legal literacy. The event was organized in accordance with the Concept for Promoting the Ideology of Public Order in Society for 2025–2030.
The main goal of the meeting was the prevention of juvenile and youth delinquency, strengthening legal culture, fostering respect for the law, and conducting awareness-raising work to prevent dangerous and high-risk situations.
The event was attended by representatives of district law enforcement agencies, first-year students, and active youth of the university.
The extended round table was moderated by compliance specialist Askerbek Anuar, who highlighted the importance of such meetings for young people.
“A harmonious balance of law and order is the foundation for the development of society, as well as the safety and freedom of our young citizens. Under the instruction of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, meetings within the framework of the ‘Law and Order’ principle are being held throughout the country,” he emphasized.
During the meeting, presentations were delivered by Kanat Kungozhinov, Deputy Prosecutor of the Nauryzbai District of Almaty, and Erkyn Zhumankulova, Vice-Rector for Social Development and Student Affairs. The speakers explained in detail the consequences of legal violations, criminal liability, fraud cases, cybersecurity issues, and the illegal sale of vape products.
“Today, within the framework of the ‘Law and Order’ principle, our university is holding thematic advisor hours, lectures, round tables, meetings, competitions, and debate tournaments. Knowledge of the law and adherence to its norms are the key to peace and stability in society,” noted the vice-rector.
The event became an important platform for developing students’ legal awareness, increasing responsibility, and strengthening respect for the law.
