The Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University hosted the official opening of the traditional psychology week, “Welcome to Psychology Week,” aimed at popularizing psychological science, supporting students’ personal development, and enhancing psychological culture.

The main goal of the week is to help young people develop skills of self-knowledge, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve psychological literacy. The opening ceremony took place in an atmosphere of genuine engagement: guests and students participated in interactive activities and practical psychological exercises. As part of the event, special psychological zones began their work, each becoming a unique space for personal growth and creative discovery:

SoulCanvas Space – a creative environment using elements of art therapy to work with emotions and unlock inner resources. Participants visualized their feelings and explored new ways to achieve inner harmony.

Dream Map – a motivational “Dream Map” designed to help students identify their values and goals. This method supports the systematization of future plans and the development of strategic thinking.

MindMirror Cards – metaphorical projective cards that promote emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication culture. In this zone, participants explored their own behavior patterns and internal motivations.

Special attention was drawn to creative and motivational interactive areas that added a dynamic atmosphere to the event. During the “Open Microphone” session, students freely shared their thoughts and inspiring ideas. In the “Our Gratitude Tree” space, participants left their fingerprints to create a symbol of gratitude, while the “Letter Chain” activity encouraged the exchange of kind wishes, fostering a culture of support and positive communication.

Psychology Week has become a vibrant platform for self-exploration, unlocking inner potential, and gaining new experiences. The event will run until December 4.
